Evelyn Vaughan
A Baby Boomer is someone who was born in the United States or Europe between 1946 and 1964, when economic prosperity reached its heyday in the capitalist countries after World War II. They were characterized by their great financial, scientific and artistic creativity. They are those who currently manage the world. Bill Clinton and George Bush born in 1946, are the first Presidents who belong to that generation.
Their political careers and ideological differences, give a pattern of differences in values and attitudes of the largest Western generation. Thanks to the post war boom, many of the babies obtained a college degree for the first time in his family history. They grew up in a world almost dominated by American military might, where the bad guys were Socialists and Communists. Most grew up in urban and suburban areas with comfort and modernity in the home. Many did not participate of the changes of the 1960s and also lived the military recruitment mandatory.
Its impact on Western culture is of enormous influence, because they outline the social and political behavior that late or early it is imitated by the other inhabitants of the globe. As well as some became conservative, attending to temples, looking for the family balance of tradition, others became Liberal, breaking with the standards of yesteryear. There are walkers in the intermediate Center, which seems to cover more. To understand where we are unemployed in these convulsive times, it is important to know which side of the political spectrum we are consistent with the generational trends, because there are many confused people who do not know even what they stand, y: can not defend what does not love, and cannot love what is not known. Unfortunately many defend anything, to go with the flow, by personal dissatisfaction or simple stupidity.
